In case you missed it, MCPD Channel 4 - shots fired at a party on 17500
block of Old Baltimore Road about 30 min ago. Road shut down, many units
called in. All the parents are being staged at Route 108 and Old Baltimore
and the kids will be released to walk out. K9 tracking by pond area. Media
at Prince Phillip and Old Balt, will be held at the perimeter.

Scene commander trying to get units back in service now so that units
called in from other districts to cover 4D runs can be released.

I would miss this if it all went encrypted . . . listening to airplanes
just isn't as much fun.
