Well, the system has switched to the rebanded frequencies.
I am getting chatter on my HP-1 but they are having the same problem as when 
they tried to switch over in February.... When a unit talks on one channel, 
the repeater stays up for 60 or more seconds before the end code, and if anyone 
talks on another channel, it will come through the still open one.  the unit IDs 
for radio techs are very active with all kinds of problem reports, not just on 
voice channels, but MDTs are having problems too.

My 396T will show data comin through when I am holding on the control channel, 
but must need a better custom table, because I am getting nothing at all when I 
scan.
