[Scan-DC] Good, strong, analog signals in Arlington area?

I've never heard anything from Anacostia, nor have I ever seen anyone
offer a freq for it.
Best guess is...either they rely on DCA Tower, across the river
(which would not be unusual, but I've never heard any indication of
it) or, more than likely, they have an encrypted freq somewhere since
the helos that operate out of Anacostia come from a very small
collection of military units. Or they're using light signals, which
is effective but low-tech.
Nor have I ever heard anything out of the White House for landings there.
An easy way to handle that would be to use the USSS encrypted system.
