[Scan-DC] Good, strong, analog signals in Arlington area?

If by referring to Anacostia you mean Bolling, they actually have a tower,
but I don't know if it's manned.  I would think that somehow, they
coordinate with DCA tower since they're literally right across the river.
Kind of hard to come and go without any DCA coordination, especially if one
of the planes is using Rwy 15/33 or Rwy 4/22.  As a side note, I remember
reading in a publication somewhere how unique Bolling is since it's one of
the very few Air Force bases that does not have a runway.
