[Scan-DC] MWAA Trunked System?

Can someone help me understand how to program this new MWAA rebanding
into a Uniden BCD996T? I do not have software for this, MWAA worked
perfect before this rebanding, now I can't get it to work. I read
that some scanners will need a software update. Hope that is not my
case as I do not have any cables.

Thanks in advance for any help.
