[Scan-DC] slow plane at Andrews

Maybe it was "ground effect" - funny, I was just reading some stuff about the development of the B-47 bomber... Chuck Yeager did some test flying in it, and it was so aerodynamically clean that it was difficult to land... ground effect just kept it floating along a few feet above the runway... of course, it was still moving forward...
