[Scan-DC] slow plane at Andrews

WOW..........
The Air Force displays the greatest airlift technology to ever be 
discovered causing AF 1 (potential 400+ ton weight) to "hover" right 
over the Washington D.C. area. None of the local TV stations or 
newspapers - nor any of the millions of residents of the area with their 
ubiquitous cell phone cameras happened to see this and capture it which 
would be front page and leading news.

Personally, I'd put this friend back in the coo-coo column - even if he 
happens to be a nice guy otherwise.
