[Scan-DC] slow plane at Andrews

Thanks for the all the comments on the "slow plane", glad others have had
the same visual experience, even if it means I'm a little wacko :P
Yesterday was the second time we've seen this, and this time we did turn
around on Rte.5 after about 5 minutes and head back towards Andrews and not
too surprisingly, the plane was nowhere to be seen (presumably because it
landed, although is suppose it could have an invisibility function too).
