[Scan-DC] Alert Tone

Hmm, I just monitored a dispatch on 7A (TG 3344) and heard the alert tone.
I believe what Henry is refering to is the 1000 Hz tone that is transmitted
just befor the dispatecher announces the call vs. the paging tones. The
alert tone is there on both the analog and digital systems.
