[Scan-DC] Alert Tone

Sorry. I was thinking the 2 tones for the house alerts when I
sent that. They must be training some new dispatchers. I heard
a new female voice the other night and I swear she held the tone
for 45 seconds while she re-read the dispatch screen, before she
put the call out. That CAN be darn annoying!

Hmm, I just monitored a dispatch on 7A (TG 3344) and heard the
alert tone.
I believe what Henry is refering to is the 1000 Hz tone that is
transmitted
just befor the dispatecher announces the call vs. the paging
tones. The
alert tone is there on both the analog and digital systems.
