[Scan-DC] Alert Tone

If you are monitoring 154.16 you will receive the tones.  If you
monitor the Trunked system, on talk group 3344 [7A Dispatch] you
will not get the tones.  I am not familiar with the RS models so
I don't know if yours is digital trunked or not.
