[Scan-DC] EDACS programming question - Wallops rocket launch.

I'm trying to program the EDACS system(s?) for the NASA facility at Wallops Island VA http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=5486 into my Uniden BC-396 digital trunking scanner, using the BuTel software and auto download from RadioReference.  I haven't read up on this yet but thought I'd pose the question here... there are apparently two "sites" that use two separate sets of frequencies... do I need to program these as two separate systems?  (It would appear that way from an error message that the software gives me...)

That's easy enough to do - only trouble is that right now I'm not within range of the system so I won't be able to test the programming (and fix as necessary!) before the "main event".

Thanks!

(Having said all that, I advise that there is a rocket launch scheduled from Wallops on Tuesday 9/14 between 0800 and 1100 local time.)  See http://www.nasa.gov/centers/wallops/home/index.html and also WasteBook (Facebook).
