[Scan-DC] Ocean City Maryland EDACS system

Been trying to help a co-worker who has a summer place in Ocean City Maryland.  Per Radio Reference, the system is showing analog and pro-voice.

I was going on the assumption that the police in Ocean City were pro-voice and not monitorable.  He indicated that he put all of the trunk freqs in and able to monitor police, fire, beach patrol, ems, sanitation etc.

Has Ocean City stopped using the pro-voice on the police channels and/or are they now just using it for "secure" comms.
