[Scan-DC] Minor Earthquake

It was just a jolt in Alexandria. I was awake already. I noticed it, but I didn't immediately think "earthquake." I can feel small tremors all the time at night.

If that was a _minor_ earthquake, I damn sure don't want to be in a major one... or even another minor one... scared the living pee out of me!  Six hours later I'm still scared!  I think that was just a little reminder from Above that we are nothing but flotsam.
