[Scan-DC] Ocean City Maryland EDACS system

For what it's worth, when I was in OC earlier this year (just before Memorial Day) they were coming in 5x5 (or five-niner-niner, or six-two and even!).  In other words I could hear them fine, haha.  (Both police and fire.)

I had thought that some of the "secret" police talkgroups were encrypted, but have never heard any evidence of that, and I go down there at least 2 or 3 times a year...
