[Scan-DC] US Park PD?

There was and still is an underground facility at this site. The concrete tower was an AT&T microwave "hard site," built to withstand blast effects from a nuclear attack. AT&T later built a standard microwave tower, but I'm not sure if it is used any more (or even still there.) It's been a while since I overflew the site, but I remember seeing microwave antennas on/in the concrete structure.
