[Scan-DC] Activity on Park Police Tac / Escalator entrapment Bethesda Metro

Am hearing activity on Montgomery County talkgroup 17008, assigned as Park Police (ie, MNCPPC as opposed to US Park) Tac... I mention it because this seems a bit unusual, I don't recall hearing much, if anything, on this talkgroup before.  Their "main" TG is 16976 and I don't usually scan that and have been keeping it locked out - 17008 was not locked out and is generally quiet, I guess.

Also, Montgomery Fire has just sent units to the Bethesda Metro station for possible entrapment in the escalator... Ops on 7-Bravo.

Update, male pinned by clothes... didn't catch what units were being held, but apparently not serious.
