[Scan-DC] Activity on Park Police Tac

I believe I may be hearing some sort of training exercise... just heard something about Wheaton Regional Park, didn't catch it all and can't even describe it now (related to a kidnapping?) but it gave me the impression of a training exercise (as no other related activity on other talkgroups where you'd expect to hear a lot of stuff if it were a major incident).
