Some of us may remember a scanner enthusiast and talented Internet support technician named William "StormBringer" Smith.

He was arrested on gun charges in Alexandria several years ago.  Since he was a previous juvenile offender, he is serving a mandatory sentence in the federal system.  He is halfway through his sentence, and is scheduled for release in 2019.

He wrote to let us know that he has a new address.  Will says he was recently moved into a low security facility, Allenwood Federal Correctional Complex in White Deer, Pennsylvania.  He is also writing a book.
