[Scan-DC] SHENANDOAH FREQUENCIES

Current active frequencies around Skyland and Dickey Ridge are 171.700,
166.900 (Hogback), and 173.675. All are P25 and have been talking within the
last ten minutes, some AES and some in the clear. Room and campground
availability is still broadcast several times a day. You can count on
traffic at `700 hours when they close the incoming gates for the night.
There was a lot of traffic last night about the hail and slush on the road,
having to change into a 4 x 4 patrol vehicle etc.
