[Scan-DC] MCFRS hiring civilian dispatchers for PSCC

[Doug Kitchener]

10-22 - I found the announcement... career positions... as nearly as I can determine this does not seem to be any different from anything in the past.

NOTE:  I believe the people on the fire side still work 24-hour shifts!
