[Scan-DC] MCFRS hiring civilian dispatchers for PSCC

Hi David,

Are these volunteer positions, or paid?  If volunteer, are volunteers selected from the fire department volunteers, or is the general public eligible?  How / where did you hear about this, and do you know where one could get further information?  Thanks-
