[Scan-DC] MCFRS hiring civilian dispatchers for PSCC

Unlike the police side in Montgomery County, the fire side has relied  
on its uniformed employees to staff the PSCC.  I am guessing due to  
budgetary constraints, Montgomery County is experimenting with  
civilian call takers/dispatchers. Looks like we'll be hearing some new  
voices pretty soon.  This is pretty monumental, considering volunteers  
were not part of the rotation before.  It doesn't say the types of  
shifts are available.  If anyone is interested, the position closing  
date is Monday, July 6th.
