[Scan-DC] Shooting at Apple Store in Clarendon

I heard this incident on the scanner as it was unfolding. Didn't know
if it was a drill or real at first, because they had some traffic for
it on the Special Operations Section talkgroup (11). But then I heard
most of the traffic on 1A. They eventually moved traffic to 1B and 1C.
Nice being able to follow along in the Metro system even as I entered
at Pentagon City, since the P25 system is now simulcast in the
Arlington Metro tunnels.
