I took a tour of the Naval Observatory several years ago when they had an open house... unfortunately I don't remember much of anything specific about it (so am due to go again!), but it was well worth the effort! I do remember a very old telescope. Tours are limited and fill up quickly, they are usually on Monday evenings.

Speaking of Navy, did anyone go and take the tour of the USS Liberty in Alexandria?
Happy Mother's Day!
