Bob there's a dedicated thread at RR in the Maryland forum that's devoted to finding the new digital tgs. Between that and the wiki article, you should have everything found so far. 

As for adjusting the settings - I'm at my family's home in NJ, so I'm out of range of the system at the moment. I'll likely be playing with the settings once I get home, which probably won't be until late this afternoon or this eve sometime. I'd suggest posting on the RR forum (in the AA thread) and see if someone has an answer. I did manage to get my setup working, but like you, I found the audio to be pretty rough.
