[Scan-DC] Earlier Montgomery Hazmat Incident?

Minor Freon leak, from a small container, shut off before the arrival of 
HazMat units.  Building was evacuated and several people were triaged.  It 
appears that the Freon dissipated on its own.  No indication of any serious 
illness, though I think some building occupants were taken to Suburban.  I 
heard EMS-1 becoming involved in some sort of problem with the transport(s) 
and someone indicating that Suburban was giving the transport unit(s) a 
problem and not accepting the patient(s).

The call I heard was an address on Arlington Rd near Bradley Blvd, on the 
4th floor of that bldg, it was a reported as a freon leak with sick people. 
The first arriving units reported it as relatively minor, operations were on 
7 charlie, hazmat units were on 7 delta, and ems ops were on 7 echo.

I had to stop listening shortly after that so that's all the info I have.

Does anyone know what and where the hazmat incident was that Montgomery 
County had this morning?  Apparently some people were transported to 
Suburban Hospital and there was a lot of yelling about whether or not they 
were properly decontaminated before they got there...
