[Scan-DC] Earlier Montgomery Hazmat Incident?

The call I heard was an address on Arlington Rd near Bradley Blvd, on the 4th floor of that bldg, it was a reported as a freon leak with sick people. The first arriving units reported it as relatively minor, operations were on 7 charlie, hazmat units were on 7 delta, and ems ops were on 7 echo.

I had to stop listening shortly after that so that's all the info I have.

Does anyone know what and where the hazmat incident was that Montgomery County had this morning?  Apparently some people were transported to Suburban Hospital and there was a lot of yelling about whether or not they were properly decontaminated before they got there...
