Thanks guys - yeah, as it turns out, I just stumbled on the story on the Gazette's website:

I heard the same traffic that you did re the EMS officer and one of the xport units, Ed, apparently the charge nurse thought the patients were "contaminated" somehow, and that's what made me wonder what the initial incident was about... I missed the original dispatch and stuff. Thx.
