Thanks Steve!
Because I did not know what ZDC stands for, I Googled it, and came across
the Washington ARTCC web site, which has a whole lot of cool information,
including routes, charts, training manuals, and other things (many of which
have lots of frequencies included). There's even a home page picture of a
Piedmont jet preparing for take-off at DCA! (I suspect many of this list's
subscribers have no idea who Piedmont is, but I digress.)
You can also download scenery files and other files for simulation of flight
in local areas, although I don't yet know what program they pertain to (MS
Flight Simulator??).
Anyway, ZDC is the designator for the Washington DC Air Route Traffic
Control Center, and the web site is http://www.zdcartcc.org/.
Very cool site.
