[Scan-DC] ZDC Frequencies

Okay...but a word of caution.  That particular web site (note the 
".org")  is run by a group of people who play the roles of air traffic 
controllers for other "pilots" who are operating flight simulator 
software.  It's a virtual ARTCC and if you look at the bottom of their home 
page, you'll see the disclaimer.

However, these people really do know a lot about ATC operations and it can 
be educational to check out their material.  If you subscribe to wsj.com, 
The Wall Street Journal did a story on them about a year ago.

As for the "real" Washington Center web site, I went looking for it earlier 
today and couldn't find it.  I remember there being one, but perhaps it's 
been taken down along with so many other pages that are now deemed to have 
national security significance.
