[Scan-DC] ZDC Frequencies

Here's the new listing of Washington ARTCC frequencies, from the FAA's 
"Airport/Facility Directory, published less than two weeks 
ago.  Unfortunately for MilAir listeners, it doesn't include UHF freqs.  It 
lists the frequencies by transmitter site (approximately), rather than by 
the sector names that many of us use.  I've provided more detail on the 
locations I know.  Because I only purchased the "Northeast" edition of the 
Directory, which covers everything in Virginia and northward, this list 
does not include the few ZDC frequencies that are in North Carolina.  As 
usual, comments and additions are appreciated.  It's entirely possible that 
the FAA hasn't publicized everything it is using.

These are remote transmitters.  Washington Center and its controllers are 
located in Leesburg, VA.
