The building is at 200 Constitution Ave., NW, 20210. They had an alarm about 11:00 a.m. I didn't have a scanner on me, but I see that DC Engine Company #2 is nearby, across the street from Metro's HQ, the Jackson Graham Building at 600 Fifth Street.

There were designated DOL marshalls with Motorola HT1000 radios who were to be alerted when it was safe for the employees to return to the building. None of them knew what frequencies were in use, and a higher-up in security did not know either.

When will I learn not to go anywere without a scanner? On the bright side, I repaired a second SC-180 battery pack last night.
