[Scan-DC] PG County PD EDACs

[Jared Ross]

Someone suggested that I listen to PG Co PD EDACs, but I haven't been able
to pick it up on my Pro-96 with the stock antenna. I'm in the Dupont Circle
Area of DC, am I too far away or is it a programming issue?
