[Scan-DC] PG County PD EDACs

It's not entirely unlikely you are getting nailed by desense - essentially the receiver is swamped by too much RF that the scanner loses sensitivity. I tried having a VX5R ham handheld down that way, and even that got nailed by pagers and junk.

Aside from a programming fault...anyway you're not going to hear much unless you listen on the weekend eves and AM - the systems are linked in the database here, and at least in the case of the North system, the less said about them publicly
