Ken the only time I have this happen is if the CC is coming in too weak, or noisy, for the scanner to lock on.
See if that's the case here. In addition, it's entirely possible that the connection from the BNC to the circuit board has come loose or is off. That happened to mine, and I had to send it to the Radio Doctor since I don't have the tools to get into this.
If the connection is good then a new antenna is called for. 73 Mike

and I cannot get the scanner to stay in the trunk mode. It almost seems like it looses
reception on the control channel.
Anyone know if they have changed any of the configurations?
