Ken,
I believe (though I'm not certain) that these frequencies will replace
four of the current Spotsy frequencies for purposes of rebanding. The
four freqs that most likely will be replaced are: 860.4875, 866.6125,
867.4000, and 867.6750.

Note that since Spotsy runs an EDACS system, the new freqs will simply
replace the old freqs in the scanner, and your BC245XLT should
continue working fine.
