[Scan-DC] Montgomery Village Sniper Incident

Thanks Jeff, I did see something about it somewhere today... I think it was in the Gazette... they found the guy dead later on, he had been arguing with neighbors and apparently fired shots in their direction or something to that effect... then later killed himself.
