[Scan-DC] Montgomery Village Sniper Incident

There was a small item in the Post this morning.  Evidently there 
were witnesses claiming shots were fired, police knew who the suspect 
was, who his girlfriend was, their cars and license plates.  Patrol 
officers established a perimeter, then were replaced by SAT officers. 
But I went to bed before it was all resolved.
