[Scan-DC] New unit designators coming for DC area fire units

I was just going over this again before fwding it to a non-Scan-DC List friend (believe it or not, there are such weirdos); I wonder what Montgummery Ambulance 40 / Medic 40 is going to be... Ambulance / Medic 740, I guess...
