[Scan-DC] New unit designators coming for DC area fire units

It wouldn't be Ambulance or Medic 740, because that would be the designator
for the EMS unit assigned to Station 40 (Sandy Spring). It could become
Ambulance 726, (since it runs out of Station 26), or perhaps it'll be given
a Rescue Co. 1 number, since it's a BCC unit.

Montgummery Ambulance 40 / Medic 40 is going to be... Ambulance / Medic 740,
