[Scan-DC] High speed boat chase / helo

Trooper 2 and Coast Guard Boat 8066 (I think) were / are involved in 
a high speed boat chase on the Bay.  A large 'cigarette' boat with 3 
passengers just flew by the house, followed by Trooper 2 which began 
an orbit around the boat.  Considerable chatter on the Marine Band 
calling in Coast Guard and DNR boats to the location (outside of 
Chesapeake Beach).

There were calls from the Trooper confirming 'nothing has been thrown 
overboard that we can see.'  Not sure what is going on to be honest.

Plans are to secure the personnel and craft and bring them into the 
Navy pier at Chesapeake Beach.  Will know more soon I guess.
