[Scan-DC] High speed boat chase / helo

Not sure what it was.  Have some pics of the 'stop' in Chesapeake Beach here:

There is apparently some drills going on at Cove Point.  Perhaps this 
boat strayed too close (or was part of the drill--don't know).  DNR 
Police were at the Navy Pier when the boat arrived and the Coast 
Guard was doing a search of the boat.
