[Scan-DC] Missed Their Mark

I just heard a news report where some "defence dept employe's" 
parachuted into a prison yard in Colorado !

They were supposed to jump into a close by airfield but , obviously , 
missed their mark. Prison guards surrounded the jumpers who gave 
paperwork saying they were govt employe's.

  At least nobody started shooting.


On a side note...the police here in Charles County have a house 
surrounded & are watching the people inside for some unknown 
operation. It sounds as though they are getting ready to assult the 
house. But then it could be an exercise as I turned on the radio in progress.
