[Scan-DC] CC Sheriff's Operation

  Sound's like they have some bad guys holed up in a house. There's a 
hostage situation going on & negotiations are ongoing.

They , the Sherriff's dept , was in the process of trading food/water 
for one female hostage when they lost communications with the guy 
delivering the goods. They have now pulled back & , I suppose , are 
trying plan-b.
