I see that frequency is in use for the Charlottesville-area station,
which is actually in Covesville, some 20 miles south of Charlottesville.
Covesville is the top of the railroad grade, so the station is obviously
high up to get the maximum coverage. It's at the watershed between the
Hardware River and the Rockfish River.
