Someone here had asked whether the USPP had gotten onto the DC TRS and left VHF - well, while I can't validate
whether the 460 Mhz TRS now has USPP as a user (unlikely they'd be on the 800 side, since that's for the
fire dept), I can say that 166.925 is still very much on the air. I just had several calls on it with the
usual dispatches.

Sounds to me like simple human error - locked out channel, wrong PL (should be 127.3), and so on.
