[Scan-DC] New VA Weather stations to DX!

Yeah, I got to that site last night... I don't know whether it's incorrect, 
or merely out of date, but for one thing it doesn't list the station in 
Salisbury MD, if you look under MD.  Their map has Salisbury in Delaware... 
as far as I can tell there is no Salisbury in Delaware.

And the new one isn't listed there... I've googled it by both call sign, 
frequency, done same search in RadioReference, and also in NOAA and NWS 
sites... nothing.

Yet, I'm _certain_ that I saw something about its location somewhere on the 
internet... I had thought it was on the NOAA site.

Baffled...
