[Scan-DC] FCC Search - Inactive call signs

The question I have is where is (does) the FCC get the
name for all of their servers?  For example,
"hrunfoss", "gullfoss", "stanfoss", etc, etc

I emailed the address on their web page, but no one
responded. :(
