[Scan-DC] Was scandc /QTH down earlier?

I had a couple of messages  bounce earlier, was something down?  Or am I not 
getting out from work?  (Mercy!)  One was to the scan-dc list, another to 
the test list...

(If so, Alan, you can 10-22 my earlier email, obviously - thx!)
